You Bet Your Career

I have often wondered how much more business could get done if there weren't so many bosses who weren't interested in what their employees, both management and non-management, had to say or they were afraid of feedback from them because it could make them look bad?

I believe that the only way to get the message across may be to put the message here and by the sheer volume of complaint, get somebodys attention. To many companies are run by power and control managers and executives who get off on "being the boss" even if it means being wrong, the company suffers, or not getting to a lot of good information that could make most companies a better place to go to each morning.
